Pre Consultation

Our preferred method of initial contact is our Interactive Form on the Proceed Page. You will be asked some qualifying questions to help us understand how our relationship can be beneficial.

  • Form Submission

    •  Forms filled out thoroughly will take precedence over other incomplete interactions.
    • This form enters your data into our project management software. 
    •  We experience high call volumes and allocate our time accordingly.
    • Accurate physical address is required and equally important.
    • Fill out the description of your project with the best detail of your project.

  • Mandatory Minimums

    We try very hard to assess each project to make sure we can get it done with a win win outcome.  Our mandatory minimum right now are


    • Sod $2500 (750 Sq ft or less)
    • Turf $3500 for (250 Sq ft or less)
    • Landscape Installs $5000 (1000sq ft or less) 

    If your project is unique and would like us to consider you please ask for a phone consultation with Jason to Weigh all options.  In some unique cases we can make exceptions work such as


    • If you are flexible on time
    • If we have a project close by in the near future that we can pair your project with
    • Off peak season
    • Sub contract is also sometimes an option

    Sometimes smaller projects get pushed around on the schedule and we like to get this communication our right away about how to best serve you and be most respective to your time and home.

    At this time we will pair you and your project with a the proper Design Specialist.  Please make aware your personality.

    • If your personality does not care for windows please ask for a 9AM appointment.
    • All other appointments will be made according to route effieiancy.
    • We offer a window of time based on the route but ask for flexability.

Profesional Phone Consultaition

Professional Phone Consultations are made to get your project off of the ground.  Sometimes it will take a little more effort on the customers part and a tape measure.  However also subject to a 10% off.  Please Make aware to the form or admin of your intent to take advantage of the 10% off to help with the design process.

  • Form Verification

    • We will verify contact information in our project managment software is correct.

  • Project Qualification

    • We will identify that we are qualified to meet your projects needs with skill and time.
    • We will also make sure your project meets our minimum mandatory size requiremnt
    • We will also speak of any time deadlines.

  • Project Calibration

    • We will ask some questions about the location of the project and get a map view of your project.
    • For new build construction we will ask for a plot plan.
    • We will calibrate this into our project managments software
    • If there are a lot of mature trees covering your project we will sechedule an on site assessment at this time
    • If not we will begin asking some more questions about the project
    • We will consider your city, zip code, and HOA for any regulations or requirmements you are under.

  • Design

    • I will verify measurements from a preloaded photo of your property
    • Verify calibration in design software
    • Begin designing your project
    • Measure and document Access points
    • Measure access points to assess proper machinery for the project
    • Document any delivery instructions and make notes for delivery driver

  • Product Selection

    • We will have all products on display in vehicle.
    • We cary enough products to be able to provde for any turf project.
    • We will have a firm profesional opinion on the proper product for your application.
    • We will give you pros and cons to all products.
    • We will talk about infill.
    • We will have the ability to give immediate side by side comparisons of each products.

  • Contract

    • We will present you with an immediate proposal.
    • With a design.
    • Product sample.
    • We will be prepared to schedule your project at that time.

  • Schedule On Site Assessment

    If we come to agreement that an On site assessment will be necessary we will schedule it at this time.

On Site Assessment

Our on Site professional on site assessment is done by a design and product expert and we will be able to answer all of your questions during this assessment and in many cases you will have pricing and a contract in hand prior to our departure.

  • Confirmation Email

    • By 3 p.m. the previous day, you will receive an email confirmation about the appointment.  
    • Please verify that the address is correct.  
    • If you live in a new build construction property and are not showing up on maps, please provide detailed instructions on how to get to the property.
    • If you are in a gated community, please give clear instructions on how we gain access.  
    • If you are unavailable for the appointment, what phone number can we reach you when we get there?
    • If you are the nervous type, please ask for the first-morning appointment
    • Please notify us of any time deadlines you have

  • On My Way Notification

    • When I put your address into maps, I will text my estimated time of arrival
    • If you need drive time notification, please let us know
    • Please secure all dogs from the area we will be assessing
    • Please pick up doggie business.

Pre Installation

  • Scheduling

    •  Please accept electronically in project management software.
    • Or send the proposal back with your signature.
    • Product Inventory Verificaiton.
    • In some cases we may consider the date of trash route to assure we are not distrupting the neighborhood
    • In some cases it is also curtious to notify the neighbors of the install.

  • HOA Approval

    • We will clear Design with HOA
    • We will clear product selection with HOA

  • 811 Call to Dig

    • This is only if digging is necessary
    • We will call 811 for you and coordinate access. 
    • Space must be accessible, and dogs can not be present,and gate can not be locked durring scheduled window or the ticket will be refused.
    • We will recieve a clear to dig after things are marked.

  • Project Deadlines

    Please help us document any pressing project deadlines such as

    • Weddings
    • Graduations
    • Childbirth
    • Zillow pictures
    • Take possession date for new builds.  (contract can only be signed after this date)
    • Move in dates

  • Weed Treatment

    • If your space is overgrown with weeds, please have a licensed professional spray assess and treat the area.  
    • We do not advise you to pray the chemicals unless you are properly trained.
    • We also do not hold a license to spray chemicals; therefore will not perform any chemical spray service or advice.
    • It may be unnecessary if the installation area is not overgrown with weeds.
    • Please communicate any necessary information about when we can install over folks.

  • Double Pane Windows

    • Magnified sunlight bouncing off of double pane windows can cause damage to the synthetic turf if the sun rays reflect directly onto it. 
    • Sometimes, window treatments on the outside of the windows are necessary to ensure no damage to the turf. 
    • This precaution will keep your investment safe.

  • Local Utility lines, Gas lines & Electrical Lines

    • If an irrigation system with integrity is already present, it is beneficial to continue with Synthetic turf.  
    • If irrigation is discontinued we will need access to irrigation and some information about the system to help cancel any lines under the turf without affecting the rest of your irrigation system. 
    • If irrigation lines are not installed, and we have any concerns about smell or high dog activity
    • We can install irrigation around the perimeter of the turf to help keep the turf system clean. 

  • Dog Urine

    If dog smell is a concern during the design and estimate stages, we can offer additional services to help mitigate these concerns, including but not limited to 

    • Envirofill 
    • Airdrains
    • French drains
    • Treatments
    • Flush irrigation

    Dog urine smell is our biggest fear, and it raises a serious question when dealing with artificial turf. We have creative strategies to help. These strategies cost money and are all upsells to help with the smell. If this concerns you, communicate your needs to ensure we do all we can to ensure you are in the right products.

  • Turf & Heat

    Turf heat in full sun can get hot. Some turfs are cooler and offer cooling properties there are infills marketed toward cooling turf in the sun, such as 

    •  T cool 

  • Vehicles and Personal Property

    Remove all vehicles from driveways and in front of the house by 8 am. 

    Unlock any gates or obstructions from pathways. 

    Remove breakable items such as planters, bird baths, and children’s toys.  

    Secure all landscape tools from the area so they don’t get mixed up with ours.

Payment

  • We Don't Accept any Money Down

    • Out of courtesy to you, we do not accept any money down to secure your job, so you do not take any unnecessary risks. 
    • However, with that being said, we also expect payment immediately upon completion of the job. 
    • We are a small business, and prompt payment is necessary to function.

  • Method of payment

    •  A paper check in the mail is not acceptable
    • Funds need to be available immediately

  • Credit Cards

    We accept credit card, however there is a 4% convinence fee.

  • Financing Options

    • Financing options are avialibe upon Credit approval.  This also caries a convienance fee of 4%
    • Please notify the Sales Rep during the estimate 
    • With approved credit 
    • Must be arranged before scheduling
    • On full retail pricing
    • No other sales are valid for finance customers

Full Installation Process

Our on Site professional on site assessment is done by a design and product expert and we will be able to answer all of your questions during this assessment and in many cases you will have pricing and a contract in hand prior to our departure.

  • Demo

    • Remove existing grass with a sod cutter and dispose
    • Install new edging lines if needed
    • Mark all irrigation heads 
    • Identify sprinklers that will continue
    • Discontinue any irrigation heads no longer necessary
    • Grade bare dirt

  • Design & Underlay

    • Install weed barrier fabric and pin with sod staples
    • Install 2.5 inches of class 6 roadbase
    • Compact road base with plate compacter
    • Install .5 inches of Class 1 crushed fines
    • Compare with plate compacter
    • Water down the base, fill in any low spots, and compact again

  • Product Installation

    • Install the synthetic turf
    • Seam and cut synthetic turf to edges
    • Nail around the perimeter with 6-inch spikes
    • Install Infill
    • Brush Synthetic turf

  • Clean Up

    • We will clean up project area
    • Brush sidewalks
    • Blow if needed
    • In some cases pressure wash may be necessary

  • Invoice & Payment

    • Invoice will be discussed if there are any changes from original estimate
    • Invoice will be sent
    • Payment immediately upon completion
